Job Overview

The Compliance Manager role involves staying ahead of regulatory changes. You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and the wider Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team to uplift compliance frameworks, educate and support employees in meeting privacy and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing regulatory changes and providing swift and thorough compliance
  • Designing and monitoring effective controls to meet privacy and regulatory obligations
  • Managing and enhancing eGRC Compliance modules focusing on privacy and regulatory protocols
  • Leading updates to the Compliance Framework embedding privacy and compliance by design
  • Performing assurance activities and targeted reviews
  • Building strong relationships across all levels while delivering compliance reports to senior leaders
About the Role

This experienced Compliance Manager position requires a passion for privacy and regulatory compliance ideally with an APRA/ASIC background. The successful candidate will ensure sensitive data is protected, meets evolving regulations and fosters trust across business units.

  • Working well with stakeholders across all levels including frontline staff and senior executives
