Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will be responsible for driving store success through effective leadership and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and profitability
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance and onboarding new starters
  • Embed safety as part of the team's daily routine, empowering them to proactively identify and mitigate risk
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in mentoring and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
