Role Overview:
The Member Services Officer plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and customers at Genesis Fitness Clubs in Port Macquarie. This includes providing first-class customer service, promoting our services and programs, and achieving individual and team goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers
- Seek new business opportunities for the club and represent Genesis in a positive and professional manner
- Promote the centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
Previous experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment would be highly beneficial, but we encourage candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset to apply.
