With a strong reputation for delivering bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea, our Hutt Street clinic is looking for an experienced Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Specialist to join their team.

This role requires a dynamic professional who can serve as the initial point of contact for clients, engage with them through various channels, provide guidance on CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service requirements, collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers, promote and upsell our product range and services, maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, manage inventory, and process orders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments, exceptional communication skills, independent clinic management capabilities, broad customer service experience across all stages of interaction, proficiency in Google Suite applications, a keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, and strong organizational and administrative skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately AU$80,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a comprehensive employee assistance program, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
