Our Vision
The Wests Group Australia strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences through its multiple entertainment and hospitality venues. As a Casual Bistro Server, you will play a vital role in achieving this vision by providing outstanding service across various food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering friendly and efficient service to members and guests
- Assisting with clearing, cleaning, and scullery duties
- Operating and balancing tills
- Preparing food and beverages
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safe food handling practices
This role requires flexibility, particularly during split shifts for lunch and dinner services. Availability on Friday nights, weekends, and throughout the week is highly desirable.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in similar catering operations or fast-food chains
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Good work ethics and ability to thrive under pressure
- Flexibility, particularly during split shifts for lunch and dinner services
