This mid-senior level contract position is an exciting opportunity for experienced Test Analysts to join our organization. The role is hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week from home.

Job Description:

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role involve analyzing, identifying, and recommending test approaches based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in composing clear test cases and demonstrating test-requirement coverage via test plan documents.

This role also requires excellent communication skills to communicate and document defects identified during testing. The ability to apply objective classification of severity and priority ratings according to prescribed definitions is essential.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and assisting business users unfamiliar with testing procedures in how to properly execute test cases and capture defects.

In addition, the role involves confident stakeholder management skills, including SMEs, technical specialists, and business customers. Professional and consistent behaviors when operating under pressured time constraints and in conflict situations are also required.

What makes a good fit for this role? The ideal candidate will have five or more years' experience as a Test Analyst, with at least two years' experience on SCM implementations. Experience in one of the following areas - Oracle, Coupa, Manhattan - is also beneficial. Some experience in BA work is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, identify, and recommend test approaches based on project requirements
  • Composing clear test cases and demonstrating test-requirement coverage via test plan documents
  • Communicate and document defects identified during testing
  • Guide and assist business users unfamiliar with testing procedures
  • Manage stakeholders effectively
