About the Role

The Team Leader is a critical position within our Beauty Service and Sales team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimize customer in-store experiences. Team Leaders coach, develop, and engage with their Service and Sales team, share sales knowledge, and lead by example, providing outstanding customer service to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Management team to inspire and develop our Service and Sales Beauty team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations within our Beauty Halls.
  • Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets, ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Work closely with the Management team to identify and address customer needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
Requirements
  • People leadership/supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
  • Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated individual looking for career progression.
  • Experience in cosmetics preferred, although not a requirement.
  • Previous beauty industry experience working with luxury beauty brands preferred.
