About This Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to fill the position of Order Pickers in a fast-paced environment at our Victoria, Australia facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing cartons of beverages efficiently
  • Operating electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and using headset-based voice picking systems effectively
  • Stacking, wrapping, and palletizing products safely
  • Manual handling of up to 20kgs with precision
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Performing various general duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in order picking environments is highly valued
  • Familiarity with EPJ and voice picking systems is beneficial for success in this role
  • Ability to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 site with minimal disruption
  • Basic understanding of food safety principles and protocols
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential attributes
