Job Title: Power Platform Developer

About the Role:

This role involves contributing to the design and delivery of solutions that support our strategic and operational objectives. As a member of the MS Apps & Automation Team, you will work closely with developers, business analysts, and testers in an agile environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Adapting and developing original solutions to meet provided requirements;
  • Providing technical advice aligned with overall solution designs, architecture, and framework;
  • Responding to production issues and routine maintenance activities as needed;
  • Completing assigned development tasks by specified due dates;
  • Using sound judgment when dealing with unexpected or competing project priorities or issues;
  • Contributing actively to all stages of project delivery from end-to-end.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, specifically with Power Pages and Power Automate;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft App development utilizing Azure App Service and Power Platform, and consuming channels like Microsoft Teams Apps;
  • Proficiency in Power Platform and low-code technologies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several competing project priorities simultaneously;
  • Customer-focused approach when formulating project solutions;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence;
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying potential issues.
