Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team in the Metrocentre, Newcastle.

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in all aspects of operations, team management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN ALL ASPECTS OF STORE OPERATIONS, PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERING AN OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
  • PARTNER WITH THE STORE TEAM TO DRIVE COMMERCIAL RESULTS THROUGH EFFECTIVE MERCHANDISING, VISUAL DISPLAYS AND STOCK MANAGEMENT.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A proven track record in retail leadership roles, ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
  • The ability to develop high-performing teams and drive commercial results through effective leadership and communication.
  • A hands-on approach, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
