Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our Class 2 programme. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional teaching skills, a deep understanding of child development, and a commitment to Anthroposophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present the curriculum as outlined by educational standards, working collaboratively with colleagues and developing positive relationships with parents and staff.
  • Create and maintain a stimulating learning environment in the classroom, utilising various strategies to differentiate instruction.
  • Nurture and maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • A comprehensive understanding of Anthroposophical principles and their application in early childhood education.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of Steiner's educational approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and rapport with children.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications and registration or eligibility for it.
