We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Projects and Development Services (PDS) team in NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on time.

About the Role

This role involves managing and delivering capital works projects on a nationwide account, with a focus on providing excellent client service and achieving optimal outcomes. You will be responsible for assembling and leading consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve the best possible performance from all members of the project team.

  • Developing detailed overall project programmes that set clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Managing and forecasting expenditure to achieve completion within budget;
  • Carrying out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Managing construction phases and ensuring JLL is providing appropriate supervision commensurate with our role;

You will have proven commercial fitout and base building services experience, supporting the NSW PDS Team to deliver various projects in both the private and government sectors. Key skills required include:

  • Proven project management experience;
  • Ability to manage project delivery from inception to closure, with advice from senior project managers as required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project;
  • Understanding of planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints for each project;
