Landscape Restaurant creates unique dining experiences on Hunter Street waterfront. Our passion for Tasmanian produce has inspired our goal: to constantly push the benchmark for premium dining. Adding to the quality of our dishes is the environment in which they're served – the historic walls of the IXL jam factory, surrounded by iconic art. Our talented team pride themselves on their commitment towards achieving our goal.

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will work across Pastry and Larder sections, creating stunning entrees and desserts. Your role involves working with a talented team to deliver high-quality dishes that delight our guests, ensuring each plate is memorable. To achieve this:

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef De Partie in a premium restaurant
  • A keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for contemporary cooking
  • A desire to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
  • Qualification in Patisserie or equivalent
  • Availability to work nights across a 7-day rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays
