Construction Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. In this role, you will assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as cleaning tools, moving materials, and preparing sites for construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and bending.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as excavators and bulldozers.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as cleaning tools and preparing sites for construction.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on the construction site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent personal presentation and physical fitness, as well as the ability to work from 6:30am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) and perform overtime work.

Requirements:

  • A great attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent physical fitness and personal presentation.
  • Ability to work from 6:30am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) and perform overtime work.
  • Current Australian MANUAL Driver's Licence and experience driving with trailers.

As a Construction Labourer, you will be working on various tasks, including site preparation, construction, and maintenance. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
