**Experienced Team Leader Required**

As a Team Leader at SkyPoint, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience in our Food & Beverage and Events department.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to guide our team in delivering exceptional service and providing an outstanding guest experience.

Our Food & Beverage team provide an all-day dining experience in our SkyPoint Bistro + Bar, with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast from level 77. Our Events team execute a wide range of events and offer exciting opportunities to showcase our beautiful venue.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead by example, training, coaching and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service;
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and staff engagement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and delivery of high-quality food and beverage services;
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures;
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect and open communication among team members.

**Requirements**

- Previous leadership experience within a similar hospitality or events environment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives;
- Experience working with POS database systems and cash handling/management;
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
