Job Summary

A lead statistician with a strong background in pharmaceutical clinical development is required to drive medical affairs clinical studies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with external stakeholders and possess excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide statistical support to clinical study teams on all relevant matters.
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis plans ensuring high-quality data capture and collection.
  • Collaborate with programming teams to create derived variables and quality control plans.
  • Analyze and interpret statistical data distributions and properties.
  • Oversee the execution of statistical analyses prepare statistical methods and provide insight into results sections.
  • Contribute to transparency and disclosure deliverables.
Requirements
  • PhD/MS in statistics or related field with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical experience.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical development late-phase activities and advanced statistical concepts.
  • Ability to work in departmental computing environments perform statistical analyses using SAS and other languages.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.
