About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Initiative Lead NgaTapuwae to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating significant, time-bound items of work and ensuring the successful delivery of our Regulatory Data Hub program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regulatory stakeholder requirements and ensure compliance with all mandated data requirements for regulatory reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with the FSDI Data team and Technology to deliver ETE outcomes and integrate NgaTapuwae data into the Regulatory Data Hub.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and agree on appropriate risk responses.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver major initiatives and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues to achieve objectives.
  • Deliver against agreed budget, timelines, and planning to ensure effective use of budget and resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ANZ Source Systems and the Regulatory Data Hub.
Requirements
  • Strong regulatory subject matter expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ANZ Source Systems and the Regulatory Data Hub.
  • Strong delivery focus experience and ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to deliver an outcome.
  • Expert stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Agile ways of working.
  • Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively.
  • Background in process optimization (e.g., lean/six sigma).
