Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Greet visitors, understand their investment goals, demo our app/platform, and gather insights to enhance business development efforts.
  • Marketing Activation: Implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development, events, and overall brand awareness.
  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Work with marketers, designers, and management to ensure activations are on-brand, compliant, and on schedule.
  • Performance Measurement: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events, particularly in how they support business development and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordination: Plan events that effectively support business development goals while maintaining high standards and efficiency.
  • Effective Communication: Translate finance jargon into plain English (Cantonese or other languages are a plus).
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-moving environments and be flexible with last-minute layout changes.

Qualifications include:

  • Being 18+ with full Australian working rights.
  • Previous sales, hospitality, retail-event, or fintech experience is valued but not required.
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters, late-night shopping, and expo/trade-show weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
