Junior Designer Role

Join a team of creative professionals working on transformational projects around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to generating planning and design ideas, conducting research, documenting precedents, and developing diagrams and renders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of planning and urban design concepts, building typologies, and technical skills in graphic software.
  • Apply conceptual design abilities to projects of varying complexity and scales, integrating interdisciplinary criteria as needed.
  • Communicate effectively internally through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.
Requirements:
  • Professional degree in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Interest in large-scale planning, mixed-use development, and transit-oriented development.
  • Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making quality with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, parametric and rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
