Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Catherine's in Bathurst. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, promoting their dignity, well-being, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents, adhering to best practice nursing procedures and protocols.
- Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- A current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, and conflict resolution, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
- Competent IT skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
