Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy Place Mont Clare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality resident-focused and clinical care utilizing a person-centered approach.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, including assessments, treatment, and documentation
  • Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values
  • Build relationships with residents and their families, and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to care
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recognized tertiary qualification and current full registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance
  • Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders
