Clinical Communication Specialist

Frontline Health Brisbane is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, helping them achieve their communication and swallowing goals.
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to fill this exciting role. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualised treatment plans, and providing therapy to clients. You will also maintain accurate client records and collaborate with other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:- Client Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualised treatment plans that address client goals and objectives.
- Therapy Provision: Provide high-quality therapy and intervention to clients, addressing communication and swallowing disorders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly with paediatric or mixed caseloads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping clients achieve their communication goals
- Ability to work either full-time or part-time
- Full Australian working rights
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
