Job Summary

This role is focused on the technical and physical aspects of site preparation, restoration, and rebuilding. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices, including demolition, remediation, and cleaning.

Key responsibilities include performing partial and full demolition work, clean-up, debris removal, and preparing sites for rebuild or handover. Additionally, the successful candidate will carry out mould, fire, sewerage, and flood damage restoration, as well as make-safe and building secures.
