Requirements
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents.
  • Aged Care Expertise: Possess a sound understanding of contemporary aged care services and a commitment to person-centered care.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit highly effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Certification and Experience: Hold a Cert IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) with medication competency and have relevant experience in aged care.
