Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Residential Aged Care facility. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also managing the financial and administrative aspects of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee clinical care, accreditation, and staffing
  • Manage budgets and financial reports
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve excellent outcomes

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Extensive experience in senior management roles within the aged care sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer: In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package including

  • A estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
