We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team of Pastoral Care Volunteers at HammondCare. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly people living in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a local Christian church in the area and contribute to the provision of spiritual and emotional support to our clients. You will work under the direction of our experienced Pastoral Care Coordinator to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients to meet their spiritual needs and promoting their overall well-being
