Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on corporate law matters
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• 3+ years post-admission experience in corporate law
• Strong knowledge of corporate law principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
