Seaside Pharmacist Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our team in a scenic coastal town in Victoria, Australia.

This is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months with the potential to extend. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will oversee the daily operations of our retail community pharmacy, leading a small team of four and focusing on patient care.

• Manage the dispensary and run medication reviews.
• Provide general health checks and counselling services.
• Liaise with the local hospital and medical centre.
• Support ORT customers (2 patients).
• Work full-time as the sole pharmacist, with a dispensary technician on-site three days a week.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• General registration with AHPRA.
• At least 1 year of experience in an Australian community pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly, engaging personality.
• Ability to operate the MINFOS computer system.

The remuneration package includes:

• $60 per hour.
• Accommodation.
• A $10,000 retention bonus.

Our pharmacy operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm, with extended hours during summer. You will work closely with a team of two full-time and one part-time shop staff, with a dispensary technician providing support three days a week.
