Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our future northeast Ohio location.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in design, with at least 10 years of experience in educational, municipal, commercial, and/or industrial settings.
- Lead and manage the office team.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.
- Coordinate project consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and control schedules and budgets.
- Have a thorough understanding of construction contracts.
Requirements:
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of professional design experience; experience in K-12 educational design and planning is highly preferred.
- Architectural registration and LEED AP certification are preferred but not required.
- Proficient understanding of specifications and well-rounded experience in all phases of design.
- Proficiency in Revit software is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and building, zoning codes.
- Understanding of engineering disciplines.
