Asphalt Crew Member

About the Role
Fulton Hogan is seeking a skilled Asphalt Crew Member to join our Sydney Metro team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of asphalt laying tasks, including mobile plant operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mobile plant equipment, such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers, to lay asphalt on roadways and other surfaces.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and live away from home when required.
- A current vehicle licence (HR or HC licence beneficial).
- Construction induction card.
- Mobile plant experience beneficial.
- An interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions.
