Project Lead Opportunity

Join a prestigious design and construct specialist with a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects across Australia. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of large-format retail projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.

About This Role
  • Lead programming, scheduling, and subcontractor management to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure project success.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve design and buildability issues.
  • Oversee HSEQ compliance and ensure a high standard of site presentation.
  • Identify and manage risks while fostering a collaborative team culture.
What You Will Need
  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Building, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with industrial, retail, or complex commercial builds.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects $20M+ from inception to completion.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, decisive operator who thrives on delivering results.
