The Asset Inspection Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring that inspection work orders are scheduled, monitored, and assigned to our dedicated field Asset Inspectors.

You'll manage workflows efficiently, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Your organisational skills will shine as you help our team stay on track and achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Plan, package and issue electronic work packs ahead of time to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring field resources are utilised to their full capacity.
  • Coordination: Oversee incoming high-priority work and coordinate scheduling and dispatch of work files.
  • Monitoring: Monitor field workload to ensure that routine inspections and assessment activities are performed on time and completion dates are met; adjusting as required.
  • Reporting: Assist with client reporting and perform end-of-month reporting to close out activities.
  • Procedure Development: Develop, implement, and adhere to agreed work procedures and processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring scheduling experience, strong organisational skills, along with a passion for effective planning and execution.

  • A high level of self-drive, teamwork, and commitment to delivering results.
  • Capability of building relationships with key internal customers across all levels of the business even when faced with challenging situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience or knowledge of SAP or BlueWorx highly desirable.
