Are you an experienced chef looking for a challenging and dynamic opportunity? We have a unique position available in South Australia, working on a FIFO roster that allows you to spend quality time at home while pursuing your career passion.

This role involves preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes to high standards, considering dietary requirements and guest preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following food safety and hygiene protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery: A minimum qualification in certificate III in commercial cookery is required for this role.
  • Experience in Remote Site Kitchens: Previous experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens, is highly desirable.
