The role involves ensuring that guest requests for additional linen or bathroom supplies are delivered promptly, delivering clean linen to and from the service areas, and maintaining a friendly and professional image for the Housekeeping Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering clean linen to and from the service areas
  • Ensuring all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations
  • Reporting equipment failure, damage to room furnishings, or missing items to the HK Supervisor
  • Delivering guest laundry
