As a result of our continued growth and expansion, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Storage Facility Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and results-driven individual to lead our storage facilities in the Mid-North Coast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading a team of Store Consultants and setting clear expectations to ensure team performance meets or exceeds targets.
  • Overseeing operational excellence, including centre presentation, maintenance, administration duties, security, access control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reporting summarizing the centre's financial performance to the Operations Manager.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive team culture that aligns with the company's values and fosters teamwork, care, and excellence.

About You:

  • Demonstrated 1+ years' experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to de-escalate situations.
  • Proven ability in working towards sales targets and KPIs.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to foster a team-building environment.
  • You have a motivated, proactive, and positive outlook with the willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Driver's license and car (required).
  • Forklift license (desirable).
  • The ability to work on a rotating roster, with every second Saturday from 9:00am-2:00pm.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Mid-North Coast region, Australia.
