Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Ramsay Pharmacy John Flynn. As a Community Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for managing the clinical services of the pharmacy, including medication supply, professional services, and staff supervision.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
  • Managing the pharmacy operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of pharmacists and support staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA.
  • A high level of business acumen and management experience.
  • Experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded.
