As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and presenting solutions to customers. You will need to have a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as be willing to participate in regular training to stay up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face and telephone customer service and sales
  • Maintaining store stock levels
  • Participation in training and personal development sessions
  • General housekeeping activities
  • Adherence to safety and other policies
Requirements:
  • You will need excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • An eye for detail in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • You must be organised and self-disciplined.
  • Confidence to make decisions is required.
  • A commitment to excellence and self-development is expected.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays is necessary.
  • Previous design consulting or building experience is desirable.
