Assembly Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Team Member to join our production team.

About the Role

This key position involves cutting and assembling frames and trusses with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality products.

The successful candidate will participate in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses, safely operate and maintain various hand and power tools, and maintain attention to detail to ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and assemble frames and trusses with precision and accuracy.
  • Participate in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses.
  • Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality.
  • Prioritize site safety and demonstrate a duty of care for your team, staff, and site visitors.
Requirements

Previous experience in frame and truss assembly or a similar field is preferred. Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools, strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork and communication skills, demonstrated awareness and adherence to site safety protocols, and a hands-on approach and can-do attitude are essential for this role.
