**Job Description:**

To deliver exceptional support to employees and managers, you will work closely with our People & Culture Business Partners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, providing system expertise, and supporting daily tasks such as time sheet checks and manual entries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Maintenance of all employee records within our HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness
  2. System expert providing support and guidance on system queries and payroll discrepancies
  3. Daily time sheet checks and manual entries to ensure timely and accurate payment
  4. Assisting local managers with new starters, including onboarding and compliance checks
  5. Drafting employment contracts and other formal documents

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (or working towards)
  • Experience in delivering high-quality administration functions, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to interpret awards, agreements, and local frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion and confidentiality
