The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Maintenance Operations Leader to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and success by optimising our maintenance operations and ensuring seamless integration with sales and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Sales & Operational Planning framework to enable accurate forecasting and consistency across all time horizons.
  • Drive predictable maintenance by implementing a well-structured planned maintenance program that minimises downtime and maximises operational efficiency.
  • Oversee capital forecasting and planning to ensure timely approvals aligned with business goals.
  • Spearhead workshop velocity improvements and output quality by implementing planned turnaround schedules with component changeout programs that underpin equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to guarantee quality service delivery that meets our standards and timelines.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments to drive productivity improvements and implement cost-effective solutions.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Proven management and leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong background in maintenance, production, or sales planning within a capital-intensive industry, ideally in mining.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
