The Test Analyst Lead will oversee testing activities for projects or groups, providing expert advice on testing processes, compliance needs, and potential risks. They will have significant technology and business knowledge and advise projects on effective testing planning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate testing practice in accordance with company guidelines
  • Advise on best practices for testing within their domain
  • Collaborate with test analysts, test engineers, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Maintain and enforce testing practice compliance
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software development and testing processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Level 5 of the SFIA Framework as a minimum
  • At least 5 years' experience as a test analyst or test engineer (or similar role)
  • Expert knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in TMMi-based test maturity uplift
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
