Main Responsibilities- Lead the Special Education Program to improve educational outcomes for students with disability.
- Support the Principal in delivering the school's educational vision and deputising when required.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and high expectations by embedding socially just practices.
- Build and sustain positive partnerships with parents, agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Lead curriculum, teaching, and learning innovations that promote quality outcomes for all students.
- Proven leadership experience in special education with a focus on student achievement and inclusion.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships across the school and community.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive improved educational outcomes.
- Effective resource management to deliver high-quality organisational results.
