Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in transaction banking at a leading domestic or global bank
  • Proven success in business development and solution consulting for institutional clients
  • A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong internal network-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation capabilities
  • Analytical strength in financial modelling, data analysis, and process design
  • Deep understanding of transaction banking products (payments, cash management, merchant acquiring and corporate cards)
  • A risk-aware mindset aligned with industry standards
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
