We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate Professor in Finance to join our team at Edith Cowan University. As a key member of our School of Business and Law, you will be responsible for leading research efforts and developing a strategy to grow our research endeavours in Finance and related fields.
Key Responsibilities- Lead research efforts and devise a strategy to grow the School's research endeavours in Finance and related fields
- Share good practice with industry and the professions
- Expand the societal impact of the School, and further integrate discipline knowledge into the curricula and the School's co-curricular activities
- Teach and research active with a demonstrable track record of substantial external research funding, publications in top-tier finance international journals, and timely completion of supervised HDR students
- PhD in Finance or related relevant discipline
- Teaching and research active with a demonstrable track record of substantial external research funding, publications in top-tier finance international journals, and timely completion of supervised HDR students
- Demonstrate a growing reputation in the field and an innovative and inspiring scholarship approach
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to any circumstance, consulting and liaising confidently with senior-level stakeholders

What We Offer- Competitive salary of $166,295 to $182,832 p.a (ALEVD) plus 17% University superannuation contribution
