Nurse Unit Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to lead our Perioperative Services team.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and providing leadership and management of staff, services, and resources to deliver safe, effective, and quality nursing care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the unit.
  • Maintaining high clinical standards within the unit.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A current AHPRA registration.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in public or private healthcare sector.
  • Proven management or leadership experience.
