Personal Care Worker

Description:

The Personal Care Worker role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to residents in a residential facility.

  • Deliver daily tasks such as hygiene, mobility, and repositioning assistance to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
  • Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff for prompt attention.
  • Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation to track progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate and respectful nature, alongside a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.

Requirements:
  • A compassionate and dependable attitude towards supporting residents.
  • Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent is essential.
  • Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles is required.
