Job Description\

This role will lead allocated workstreams spanning direction, problem resolution, and communication amongst senior stakeholders.

\

In this position, you will stand-up, define, and structure problems that require resolution into clear workstreams. You will guide more junior team members to manage the delivery of workstreams or lead discrete priority workstreams.

\

You will also conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to define strategic choices and key value drivers related to migration. Furthermore, you will provide insights into the relative benefits and costs of each option.

\

The ideal candidate will have advanced problem-solving skills, a background in retail and/or commercial banking, digital banking/banking technology, and merger and acquisition environments. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills to draft structured and compelling presentations and written memos.

\

You will build relationships that engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Previous strategy experience in strategy consulting roles or in-house strategy roles in financial services is preferred.

\
