Seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for the provision of efficient and effective services related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration.


Key responsibilities include addressing, maintaining, and resolving daily operational issues across facilities.



Requirements
  • A trade qualification in HVAC/refrigeration with knowledge and understanding of relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Demonstrated good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision while following safe work practices.
  • Proven skills in fault finding and problem solving, including the ability to interpret building and services plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of large building complexes and facility maintenance, and proven ability to work and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of computerised building management control systems.
  • Demonstrated sound interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Office and work order systems.
