About the Opportunity

Cumberland Council's Assets, Capital and Facilities unit is seeking a highly skilled Swim Coach to join our team. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for planning and delivering squad programs that promote growth and athlete development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer diverse and inclusive swimming programs
  • Provide swim coaching services to community members
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve program goals
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for participants
Requirements
  • Swimming Australia accreditation or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to acquire
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate or willingness to acquire
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Proven ability to work productively as a member of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
