Our prestigious asset requires a seasoned security professional to deliver exceptional service to esteemed clients, tenants, and users. We seek a skilled individual with a strong background in concierge-level security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized security services to high-profile individuals, including client liaison, event planning, and key management.
  • Maintain CCTV and access control systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Provide daily contractor support and manage tenant relationships.
  • Implement inductions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Patrol the premises, identifying potential security risks and implementing corrective measures.
  • Coordinate lifestyle services, including event bookings, chauffeur hire, and vehicle valeting.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all asset users.
  • Manage keys and access cards, maintaining accurate records.
  • Respond to emergencies and report incidents for notable occurrences.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Previous experience as a concierge or security officer in premium assets (4+ years desirable).
  • Exemplary presentation, with excellent problem-solving skills and physical fitness.
  • Able to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Hold a current WA Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and full Australian working rights.
  • Fully vaccinated and willing to obtain necessary certifications.
  • Experience in managing high-profile assets and working with sensitive information is highly desirable.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800-1630
